1. Service Agreement

By booking services with The Wedding Vault Beauty, you agree to these terms. All bridal beauty services are subject to availability and must be booked in advance. Trial sessions are strongly recommended and must be completed 2-4 weeks prior to your wedding date.

2. Booking and Payment

A 50% deposit is required to secure your wedding date. Final payment is due 7 days before your wedding. Cancellations made less than 30 days before your wedding date will forfeit the deposit. Rescheduling is permitted once without penalty if done at least 60 days in advance.

3. Service Delivery

We guarantee professional, high-quality beauty services using premium products. All makeup applications are designed to last 8-12 hours under normal conditions. Touch-up services and products are available for extended celebrations. We cannot guarantee specific results for clients with allergies or sensitive skin without a trial session.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must disclose any allergies, skin conditions, or medications that may affect makeup application. Hair must be clean and dry for styling services. Adequate lighting and workspace must be provided at your venue. Timeline changes on the wedding day may incur additional charges.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of services rendered. We are not responsible for allergic reactions, skin sensitivity, or hair damage that occurs despite proper disclosure and trial sessions. Weather delays or venue access issues are not grounds for refunds but will be reasonably accommodated.

6. Photography and Marketing

We reserve the right to photograph our work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless specifically declined in writing. Client images may be used on our website, social media, and promotional materials. Clients may request removal of their images at any time.
